Frequently asked questions.
Most pillows can't—because they're designed for just comfort or pain relief,
not sleep continuity. Solis targets the specific mechanism that fragments
sleep: unconscious micro-movements driven by inadequate neck support.
Remove that variable, and sleep quality changes. Our customers report
measurable improvements in sleep tracking data within 2 weeks.
That's exactly why we engineered multiple support zones into one pillow—
different heights for side sleepers, back sleepers, and combination
sleepers. Plus, you get 60 nights to experiment.
If it's not for your body after 60 nights, send it back.
Yes. The pillow is designed with multiple support zones and a low-profile contour that makes it comfortable for stomach sleepers as well as back and side sleepers.
The front contour and center hollow help reduce neck strain by keeping your head and spine in a more natural position — instead of forcing your neck upward like traditional pillows. Many stomach sleepers find they feel less tension and wake up more refreshed.
The outer cover is removable and machine washable (cold water, gentle
cycle, air dry). The memory foam core should be spot-cleaned only—
never submerge or machine wash the foam itself.
For best longevity, wash the cover every 2-4 weeks and rotate the
pillow every few months.
Those pillows typically lead with pain relief and medical alignment—
often too firm, too rigid, too unforgiving. Solis leads with sleep
optimization, using a softer memory foam that adapts to your unique
neck curve.
The difference: we guide you through the 7-14 night adaptation period
as your neck adjusts. Week 1 may feel unfamiliar. Week 2, you'll
understand why your old pillow was sabotaging you.
